Some companies are on a hiring freeze for certain departments. They’re “cutting the fat,” so to speak, and certain positions have been hit hard – well, the companies that have little foresight and aren’t interested in long-term investment and potential. Important to note is that almost all of these jobs can either be full-time positions, or can be taken as a consulting position. Each position will have duties specific to the company’s needs and, as you will see below, there are different titles used for similar positions.
